Amelia has never had a high self esteem. This started when she parents found out about her mother, being an addict. They did not want their children to play with her so she started to feel left out. Like she was not good enough for the world. Her adoptive parents tried to reassure her that it had nothing to do with her.

So from that day on she never told people about where she came from and never told them any negative things. From that moment on she was focused on not being left out again and everything others say to her she has believed it. Because she has been fat and being bullied for it she still finds herself ugly and does not think she deserves friends.

Since she does not show her emotion to people so she expresses herself threw music that is the only time she shows any negative emotions. Most of the time songs do end up being very sad and dark.

I think she will have friends, but the majority of them just to hang out and nothing deep. To have fun with people, for the rest even if they are close to her she still does not reveal a lot about herself because she is afraid to be rejected again.

Everyone has enemies so Amelia is not exception she has often lied about herself. It could be having a boyfriend or that she is not adopted if people find out it could create hate. But most of the time Amelia is afraid of being hated and if she suspects people hating her she will hate them as well.

Amelia will not have any past lovers, since she has been to shy around boys. Never had a first kiss either and she tries to open herself up and find a boy. Maybe she will just have flings or more serious things, but she is not used to it and actually fears them a bit.

I think Rory would love Amelia. If Rory heard the music, she would question Amelia about it, and almost take Amelia on as a project, but they have a lot in common and I think if they actually talked to each other and tried to open up, they'd both be pleasantly surprised at one another.
