Rush entered the room, giving Max his silent command to sit. Yeah, Rush would admit it, he loved obedience, and it seemed like Saiyuri was going to need training. On the lighter side, she’d cleaned the room. Rush turned to her and tilted his head to the side. Was it that hard to comprehend the word ‘ward’? ”Well someone has to take care of him. The poor thing has been kicked out of my parents home, and sadly I’m so busy with school and training, I don’t have enough time to give him all the loving attention he needs.” Yeah, let’s give the dog a sob story, makes it more convincing. Max played his part too by looking up at Saiyuri with those big brown, pitiful eyes.
”He will be staying at my place though, as I’m sure there’s some rule against animals in the dorms.” Rush walked up to Max and unclicked his collar, again, Max took this as a cue to hop up onto her bed and flop onto his side while she rummaged through the fridge. Max was a smart dog, and took liberty of furniture until said furniture’s owner told him ‘no’ or ‘down’, but Rush was hoping that Max would ignore Saiyuri’s commands, because that would make all of this that much more sweet. (OoC: yay for runons!)
Rush walked up to Saiyuri and the fridge and looked at the collection of drinks she had set on top, a smile curving his lips. He leaned in close to her, reaching around her and grabbing a random bottle. ”Who says I had to be drunk?” Oh damn, but he was having fun. With the bottle in hand, he stepped away from her and sat down on the couch. He grabbed a stick of pocky before resting back and surveying her as he checked on the cookie.

you've got me going crazy you've got me going crazy you've got me Sai's heart warmed a little at Rush's touching story. Poor dog. To be kicked out of his only home. Still, Sai didn't want to be at Rush's beck and call. Catering to his dog was a little too much for her to swallow. She looked at the dog, who looked so helpless, and knew she'd actually agree to this ridiculous order. Sai followed Rush with her eyes as he bent to unclip the dogs collar. She cut a glance at the dog, who had just jumped onto her bed. "I'm sure golden retriever's shed..." Sai muttered, knowing that it wouldn't really affect Rush.
Sai was still standing by the fridge when Rush walked up to her, leaning in close. She blushed, averting her eyes for a moment before scoffing and glaring up at him. "Sorry, I'm not used to raging perverts who aren't intoxicated. My life has been pretty tame," she snapped, putting the other drinks back into the mini fridge and slamming the door. Rush sat on her couch and ate her pocky. Like he belonged there. She couldn't suppress her laugh. If only Rush knew that she'd kill him in numerous ways just before. Walking towards him, she grinned slyly and picked up a bag of sour patch kids, tearing it open and stuffing as much as possible in her mouth. Sai must have looked crazy; her eyebrows were raised and she was still giggling like an idiot.
Shrugging her shoulders, she sat on the couch beside him, making sure to knock him with her body as if she needed the extra room. "I'm sorry, can you move your big self over? I need my space," Sai asked him, leaning back against the couch and stuffing a few more sour patch Rush's in her mouth. She had a long thirty-one days of this ahead of her.

Rush smiled, he didn’t think he’d ever been called a raging pervert before. He yes a pervert, admitingly, but he wasn’t so sure he was a raging one. He only responded to her though with a quick little chuckle. This was going to be an entertaining thirty days. Rush looked around the room again, noting the cleanliness and the frebreeze aroma. ”Good to know that you have some decent housekeeping skills. They might come in handy. Sad though, I was looking forward to more mini-bras.” Yeah, she wasn’t living that one down, it was far too entertaining. Then she shoved half a bag of sour patch kids in her mouth while glaring at him. What the hell? Did she think that was hurting him or something?
Actually wanting to get some set rules down, Rush ignored that fact that she had left herself wide open for some more taunting. You know, comments like “why thank you, I am indeed big’ and “I didn’t know we were on cuddling terms yet” while wrapping his arm around her waist. Instead he opened his bottle of juice, a Mango something-or-another, and took a drink, swallowing down the Pocky. Rush rarely had sugary treats or desserts, that had too many calories for him to work off. Not that he was an extremely weight conscious person, he just couldn’t be letting his muscles become overrun with fat. He was tempted to grab another stick though… what could some Pocky hurt? He fought that temptation among others.
When Saiyuri finally settled down, he looked at her, leaning forward. ”So, let’s get down to business. I’ve already appointed you care taker of Max. He gets fed twice a day and walked at least three times. I wake up at five, so I’ll take him on my morning run and feed him then. You’ll have to go by my apartment around noon and later on in the evening. The only time you’ll have to take care of him in the morning is when I’m out of town. However, as I’m out of my place from five-thirty to six-thirty, that’s when you should be there, straightening up.” And that was just the beginning.

you've got me going crazy you've got me going crazy you've got me Saiyuri's eyes flickered to Rush. How dare he comment on her small breasts. Was it just her, or did he have some odd obsession with her boobs. Trying to not look offended in the least, she smiled at him. "Look, I know you like fantasizing about my boobs so much, but I'm not showing them to you," Sai said dismissively, waving him off with her hand. Truthfully, she did feel bitter about it but wasn't going to get breast augmentation for him. She felt satisfied with her cleaning and was a bit glad he was, too. Sai grinned, folding her legs in front of her on the couch. "Yeah, I gotta admit, I did a pretty good job," she added, smiling to herself. Saiyuri watched the dog for a few moments, who was licking himself most disturbingly. Scrunching her nose, she turned to Rush who had just opened his drink and was munching away at her pocky. The pocky she had yet to even touch. Candy was something Sai couldn't live without. It just made everything so much better, and she enjoyed the sugar rush. Sometimes, a sugar rush was what she needed to scrape by a crappy day.
She smoldered momentarily. Usually, Saiyuri loved to share everything with everyone and about half her closet was missing because of this, but somehow, she just didn't want Rush to eat her food. Calm down, Sai. It's just a damn pocky stick. Sai didn't have much time to think any longer on the matter before he went on a long spew about responsibilities and how she had to clean up his house at five-thirty. Sai numbly nodded along, not really letting the words sink in until she'd agreed to it all. Then it hit her. Five-thirty? As in, five-thirty in the morning? She laughed, although the sound was chocked and harsh to even her own ears. Sweeping a cold, icy glance toward him, she grabbed a pocky stick and broke it in her mouth. "What happens if suddenly, your dog happens to 'disappear' without a trace?" A hollow threat, but Sai didn't want to kick him in the face. Because that's what she had the urge to do. Moistening her lips, she brushed strands of hair from her face and sighed.
Pouting, she turned her body to face him, still cross legged on the couch. "Let's play nice. I don't want to wake up at four to get to your house by five-thirty. I will pick up dog poo, but I don't want to have to wake up before the damn birds start singing." There, she'd said it. Maybe he'd be nice enough to agree. She even added a cute pout to boot, but knew that her face would make him laugh. Thing with Sai was that she couldn't act as Asian as some Asian girls could. They could look cute and adorable pouting and wearing big, baggy clothing and could use that tiny baby voice with their boyfriends. Sai looked like a waif in baggy clothing and liked to be in style, and the closest thing to being childlike was calling one of her ex-boyfriends, who happened to be Korean, 'oppa' and it hadn't even felt right on her mouth. Actually, he'd also laughed and told her to stop. Sai knew Rush was some kind of Asian, so maybe he liked the childish charm that most Asians enjoyed. Then again, he also looked beat up and a lot more muscular than any Asian she'd seen.

Rush wondered why Saiyuri was suddenly threatening, and with the disappearance of his dog none the less. What had he said now? She seemed to have a pretty foul temper and it was all aimed toward him. And she was the one who started it! He was just trying to make her regret knocking out some random cars headlight. If it were anyone but him, she’d probably already be sitting in a jail cell waiting to meet the judge. But no, it was him, and he was only trying to show her the kindness of never letting her see the inside of a jail cell, at least for the next 30 days. But he didn’t say any of that, instead he returned her threat with one of his own. ”Then I’ll hunt you down and let you see what I do for a living until you tell me where my dog’s at.” Yeah, Rush was protective of Max, just like a father, and no one threatened his child. And I doubt Sai would have been fast enough to actually make contact if she had attempted to kick him in the face.
Rush listened to her whining, taking it in with ease, leaning back onto the couch again. ”So get up at four-thirty and be there by six.” There was a simple solution to everything. ”Besides, it’s not like you have to spend and hour and a half getting all dressed up and put on makeup just to make my bed.” He leaned closer to her and added in a whisper, ”Natural girls are sexier.”
It was true, he much preferred a girl he didn’t spend hours each day standing in front of the mirror getting ready for the day. He just didn’t see the point in it, and found most girls where more attractive when they weren’t wearing a pound of makeup. As for his attraction to Asian girls, it was the same as any other male. Asian’s were just hot. But he didn’t really have an actual preference, and with his last experience in Korea still fresh on his mind, he’d rather go for an American of something of the sort. Continuing on, Rush took another drink of his juice and looked at her again. ”Other than taking care of Max, and tidying up my place in the morning, there won’t be much else. I’m not a neat freak, but I’m not a slob either, so there won’t be much you have to do. Dusting now and again, but that’s probably it.” Unless he found something else he wanted to add onto her list. But for the most part, she would mainly be just a simple housekeeper and pet caretaker. [/blockquote][/blockquote]
