The friends:
What Loki considers as friends is something most people would look down on, or even give him a questioning eye. He has been self dependent for most of his life, so talking out his troubles or what ever "friends" do is beyond him. Most people talk to him out of pity anyways, so being someone's charity case just isn't on his list of things to do before he dies. All he needs is his fixes, madame red and a can of colt.
You can try to befriend him, but I doubt he'll appreciate the attempts.

If there's one thing Loki won't stand for, it's the jerks who think they can get away with anything just because of their status. He isn't one to just stand on the sidelines and let them step over others. There was one lesson his mother neglected to teach him and that was to hold his tongue and know his place. Loki speaks what ever is on his mind, and if that means he calls you names, he won't take them back and he won't apologize.
Enemies are always needed, they make things more interesting with long, extensive word battles.

Being a pan-sexual, Loki will find "love" in just about anyone. If your definition of love is uttering sweet nothings and seeing who can get the other in bed first, then you've come to the right place. Love is nothing more than an object to the teen. Something that can't be possessed, held, or owned. And since you can't see it, feel, it, how can you have it? There is a distinct difference between a bi-sexual, and a pan-sexual. Where as a bi-sexual enjoys either or of the human race, they sometimes will prefer one more than the other. A pan-sexual will embrace anyone who comes their way, they are often described as gender blind. Although love is a big joke to Loki, he doesn't mind the company of one who gives pleasures.
I really don't see Loki falling in love, or having a serious attachment to anyone. But I'm open for any ideas on that matter/

He keeps to himself, unless bothered, and tries not to stand out... as much as possible. He's not big on talking about his personal life, but he will talk if he's bored or desperate for human attention.
