Characters Involved
____ Dover: female, nineteen, first year of college
____ Calista: male, nineteen, first year of college
____ Morris: male, twenty-three, college
The Plot
Dover and Calista have been the best of friends since forever. They grew up together, and know each other inside out. Calista has been harboring a major crush on Dover since sophomore year of high school and it's still a strong feeling that hasn't ebbed. Dover is a girl with big emotional problems; she's easy to get in bed and screws everyone possible. She cries when she leaves the guy, because it's usually her who does the leaving, and she's also an extreme loner. Luckily, Dover doesn't cut herself. Anyways, Calista is always that one friend that she goes to for support and such. You can imagine how angry and jealous Calista must feel at this point. He's a bit loony and wants to get revenge on these boys for breaking Dover's little heart, but he cant because that was all in high school and these two besties came here for college.
Calista has some issues you'll need to know about. He ends up stalking Dover. Yes, even though he's with her most of the time, if she has other plans, he's close behind watching her. He's also completely psycho and ends up raping Dover because he interprets her emotions for him as love instead of friendship. Dover is confused at the rapage and obviously, in pain and locks herself in her room for some time. Calista is Dover's only friend. Like, only. She doesn't want to lose him and so she decides that she 'loves' him, even though she doesn't. Calista is all happy he finally got his girl and doesn't even realize he raped poor Dover because he's so damn messed up in the head he didn't see her crying. They become a 'couple' if you have to label it.
Enter, Morris. He runs into Dover and she falls in love with him. He's the first boy that she didn't fuck in two days of meeting him, and he's the older, serious type. He's smart and treats Dover like she's special. The growing relationship between Dover and Morris is hidden from Calista, but he eventually finds out and freaks. One night, one stab wound later, and Morris is in the hospital while Calista is on the run. Dover loves Calista so much that she doesn't tell the police who did it and makes Morris promise not to say anything either. Remember that as much as Dover loves Morris, Calista has been a big part of her life and thus she doesn't want to lose him. They have a tight bond and she's not sure if she wants to risk being with Morris and losing over ten years of friendship and love with Calista.
The ending is open, but I just want to say that I'd prefer it a big tragic. The names can be changed; ages should be kept the same. Open face claims.
Keep CALISTA a crazy ass motherfucker, please.
Keep DOVER an emotional wreck who relies on Calista too much, please.
Keep MORRIS the level-headed older man, please.
