palm springs was a seemingly normal town until a minor event caused a major change in the atmosphere. it was just two years ago when an unusually happy family started to have a lot of domestic issues; there was a huge mess, ruckus, intergalatic boom, or whatever, that shook the very foundations of the city of palm springs.
